dreaDrea (born Andrea Rachelle Albert in Kansas City, Missouri) was a female R&B singer from the 90’s.

Drea began her music career in 1997 when her a capella performance won a local talent show. While she was there, she met a talent scout who introduced her to music producer Kenny “Smoove” Kornegay  and he signed her to his record label, Spoiled Rotten Music.

In 1998, she released her one and only debut album “A Dream Come True” when she was 17 years old. It’s unknown how or if the album charted.gotyabackThe first single from the album “Got Ya Back” (featuring rapper Black Rob) peaked at #53 on Billboard’s Hot R&B Singles chart, staying on the chart for 11 weeks.
bodyrockThe follow-up single “Body Rock” didn’t appear to chart at all on the Billboard charts. After that, it seemed as if Drea had faded into obscurity. It’s unknown what she’s up to these days.
