The Brat Pack were a male pop duo from New Jersey that consisted of Patrick Donovan and Ray “Ray-Ray” Frazier. Not much information is given about them, but they worked with Robert Clivilles and David Cole (who were also known as C+C Music Factory). The duo’s first two singles, “So Many Ways” and “So Many Ways (Do It Properly Part II)” were released in 1988, but they didn’t appear to chart at all.
In 1990, the Brat Pack’s self-titled debut album was released. It’s unknown how or if the album ever charted. The lead single from the album, “You’re the Only Woman” which peaked at #36 on the Billboard Hot 100, lasting on the charts for 12 weeks.
The follow-up single, “I’m Never Gonna Give You Up” peaked at #71 on the Billboard Hot 100 After that, it seemed as if the Brat Pack had faded into obscurity. Today, Ray Frazier is singing for David Byrne according to a YouTube comment.
