Art N’ Soul were an R&B trio from Oakland, California that consisted of singer\bassist Tracy, keyboardist Latrel, and drummer Dion.

In 1996, the trio released their debut album, “Touch of Soul” which peaked at #27 on Billboard’s Heatseekers albums chart and #36 on Billboard’s Top R&B\Hip-Hop Albums chart.

The first single and Art N’ Soul’s highest chart appearance to date, “Ever Since You Went Away” peaked at #72 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #19 on Billboard’s Hot R&B Singles chart in February of 1996, staying on the chart for 22 weeks.

The follow-up single, “All My Luv” missed the Hot 100 and peaked at #72 on Billboard’s Hot R&B Singles chart in August of 1996, staying on the chart for 6 weeks. After that, it seemed as if Art N’ Soul had faded into obscurity.
