Blue Moderne was a one-off studio collaboration made by music producer\songwriter Ish Ledesma.
In 1986, Blue Moderne released their first single “Through the Night” (which featured vocals from R&B singer Audrey Wheeler).
The song peaked at #19 on Billboard’s Hot Dance Music\Club Play Singles chart and #38 on Billboard’s Hot Dance Music\Maxi-Singles Sales chart.
In 1988, they released their only album “Where is Love” on Atlantic Records. It’s unknown how or if the album made the charts.
The album featured vocals by dance music singer Sandy Barner (or Sandy B). The first single from the album “Do That Again” didn’t appear to make the Billboard charts at all.
The follow-up single “No Use to Borrow” peaked at #50 on Billboard’s Hot Dance Music\Club Play Singles chart.
After that, it seemed as if the project ended. Sandy B continued her dance music career and these days, Ish Ledesma remains an active musician, mostly appearing within the Florida area.
