imageM:G (born Maribel Gonzalez in San Francisco, California) is a female dance singer from the ’90s.

She joined her high school choir where she not only developed her singing talent, but she met fellow Freestyle\dance singer Angelina.

imageIn 1997, she released her debut single “Make a Little Noise” on Classified Records. It’s unknown how or if the single made the charts at all.imageIn 1998, M:G released her debut album “Make a Little Noise.” It’s unknown how or if the album ever made the Billboard 200 at all. imageHer second single “Sweet Honesty” managed to peak at #91 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #7 on Billboard’s Hot Dance Music\Maxi-Singles Sales chart. imageThe third single from the album “What Do You Remember” peaked at #116 on Billboard’s Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles chart and #8 on Billboard’s Hot Dance Music\Maxi-Singles Sales chart. image

imageThe last two singles from the album “Aphrodisiac” and “Think Twice” failed to make the charts at all.

After the release of her debut album, M:G finished up her college degree as a registered dental hygenist.

She and her husband Chris Lalanne opened up Lalanne Fitness where M:G is a fitness trainer and CEO. She also started doing modeling and has a child named Jackson.image

imageIn 2012, M:G returned to the music scene and released two singles “The End of the World” and “O Holy Night.”

These days, M:G is still active in the music business, releasing her latest single “Deja Vu” in 2013 along with her fitness business with her husband.
