imageAngela Ammons (born in Austin, Texas) was a teen pop\rock singer from the 2000s. Her brother, Christopher was an actor. She first began her music career singing karaoke.

At the age of 17, she signed to Abrupt\Universal Records after playing demos that were recorded during a trip to California.
imageIn 2001, Angela appeared on the soundtrack to “American Pie 2” with her first single “Always Getting Over You.” It’s unknown how or if it made the charts.

She also appeared on the second soundtrack to the film “Save the Last Dance” called “More Save the Last Dance” with the song “When It Doesn’t Matter.”
imageDuring that same year, Angela released her self-titled debut album. It’s unknown how or if it made the album charts at all.
imageHer follow-up single “Big Girl” managed to peak at #33 on Billboard’s Adult Top 40 chart.

After that, not much was heard from Angela. In 2003, she married author & syndicated columnist Cameron Parrish.

According to research, these days, Angela (now Angela Parrish) resides in Murfreesboro, Tennessee with her husband & three children and appears to work as a photographer.
