insideoutIn 1991, Clive released his second album “Inside Out” which managed to chart in Italy, but didn’t appear to chart in other countries.
reachtopThe lead single from the album “Reach For the Top” peaked at #80 on the U.K. Singles chart. In Italy, it managed to peak at #32 on the music charts.
waitingThe follow-up single “I’ll Be Waiting” became Clive’s highest chart appearance on the U.K. Singles chart to date, peaking at #56 on the U.K. Singles chart and #20 on the music charts in Italy.

In 1992, he went on tour with Eric Clapton and later signed a record deal in the United States with Sony Records.
when i fall in loveIn 1993, Clive and Celine Dion sang a cover version of the popular song “When I Fall in Love” as a duet. The song was featured on the soundtrack to the film “Sleepless in Seattle.”

Their version of “When I Fall in Love” became a hit, peaking at #22 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #6 on Billboard’s Adult Contemporary chart. It was also moderately successful in countries such as Australia, the Netherlands, New Zealand and Canada.

In 1994, the song was also nominated for a Grammy Award for “Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal” and won a Grammy for “Best Instrumental Arrangement Accompanying Vocalist (s).”
cgriffinDuring that same year, Clive released his self-titled third album. It’s unknown how or if the album charted at all.
commitmentThe first single from the album “Commitment of the Heart” peaked at #96 on the Billboard Hot 100, making it his only chart appearance on the Hot 100 to date.

The follow-up single “We Don’t Know How to Say Goodbye” failed to make any impact on the charts at all. After that, not much was heard from Clive until 1998 when he was featured on Preluxe’s song “You’re the One For Me” which was a moderate hit in the United Kingdom.

Since then, Clive has done various vocals on session works for other musicians for artists such as Take That. It’s unknown what he is currently up to these days.
