Prior to starting her solo career, Erin was a member of several jazz & blues-influenced bands such as Komba Kalla and As Is. She even performed at the House of Blues.
dream weaverIn 1998, she released a cover version of Gary Wright’s 1975 song “Dream Weaver” which peaked at #20 on Billboard’s Hot Dance Music\Club Play Singles chart.
one worldA year later in 1999, Erin released her debut album “One World” on the Trax Recording record label. It’s unknown how or if the album made the charts at all, but she opened for artists such as Whitney Houston & Bette Midler to help promote the album.
the flameHer second single, a cover version of Cheap Trick’s 1988 song “The Flame” which originally peaked at #12 on Billboard’s Hot Dance Music\Club Play Singles chart.
the flame 2008Nine years later in 2008, the song was remixed & re-released as “The Flame ’08” which topped Billboard’s Hot Dance Music\Club Play Singles chart for a week in April of 2008.
satisfiedThe third single from Erin’s debut album “Satisfied” peaked at #47 on Billboard’s Hot Dance Music\Club Play Singles chart.

i got the music in meAfter that, not much was heard from Erin until 2002 when she released the single “I Got the Music in Me” which peaked at #17 on Billboard’s Hot Dance Music\Club Play Singles chart.
control yourselfAfter releasing the remixed version of “The Flame” in 2008, Erin released the single “Control Yourself” which topped Billboard’s Hot Dance Music\Club Play Singles chart for a week in September.

These days, Erin is married to Kurt West and has two sons: Zach (born in 1997 from a previous relationship) and Dylan (born in 2006). It’s unknown if she’s still active with her music career.
