lollyLolly (born Anna Shantha Kumble on June 27, 1978 in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, England) is a female British pop singer\actress who scored a couple of moderate hits on the UK Singles chart during the late ’90s\early 2000s.
viva-la-radioBefore starting her pop music career, Lolly worked as a model. In 1999, she released her debut single “Viva La Radio” which peaked at #7 on the U.K. Singles chart.
mickeyHer follow-up single, a cover version of Toni Basil’s song “Mickey” peaked at #4 on the U.K. Singles chart and also managed to peak at #14 on the music charts in Ireland.
my-first-albumIn September of 1999, Lolly released her debut album “My First Album” which peaked at #21 on the U.K. Albums chart.

In later years, Lolly has performed in stage productions and various pantomines in the United Kingdom such as “Starlight Express”, “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” and “Peter Pan.” In December of 2012, she appeared in “Jack and the Beanstalk in Weymouth.”

These days, it appears as if Lolly continues to perform in the United Kingdom and also has two children as well.
