In 1984, she released her only single to date, a cover version of the Angels’ song “My Boyfriend’s Back” on Moby Dick Records. It’s unknown how or if the single ever made the charts, but a music video was made for the song.

In 1991, Mary co-founded Superior Assembly Edition Co., Inc. which was a highly successful editorial house. The company won numerous MTV awards and she also worked with artists such as Paula Abdul, Eminem, Michael Jackson, Don Henley and Madonna. The company also worked with film director David Fincher (editing films such as “The Game” “Fight Club” & “Panic Room”) and also Michael Bay, Dominic Senna and Zack Snyder.

Since then, Mary has become a best-selling author, entrepreneur, international speaker & a political and environmental activist. In 1997, she released her first book “Buffettology” which became a New York Times & Business Week best-seller. She has also appeared on TV as one of America’s top finance experts on networks such as CNN, CNBC, BBC and MSNBC. These days, she is a blogger with the Huffington Post.
